What should I redact before sharing a photo?
Faces (especially children's), licence plates, house numbers, name badges, documents, screens, and reflections in windows or mirrors. If you can read it in the preview, hide it.
What's free vs Pro?
Free users can place 1 blur region. Pro unlocks unlimited regions plus Pixelate and Solid block modes for stronger hiding.
Is blur reversible?
Light blur on small details can sometimes be partially guessed. For highly sensitive content use Pro's Solid block mode, which replaces pixels entirely and cannot be undone from the exported file.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Regions are applied in your browser and exported as a fresh PNG, which also strips the original photo's EXIF/GPS metadata.
Does it auto-detect faces?
Not in this version — you draw each region manually so you stay in control of exactly what is hidden and nothing is missed by a model.
