Can I use this app offline?

Yes! Image Craft Hub is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — once installed, all tools work with no internet connection.

Desktop (Chrome/Edge): click the install icon (⊕) in the address bar and select 'Install'.
Android: tap the three-dot browser menu and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.
iOS (Safari): tap the Share button, then tap 'Add to Home Screen'.
Once installed, it launches like a native app from your home screen or taskbar — no browser tab needed.

What image formats are supported?

The formats available depend on your plan — both plans support the most common formats.

Free users: convert between JPEG and PNG.
Pro users: convert between JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP — with unlimited conversions and no daily caps.

How do I share processed images?

Sharing your processed images is quick and works seamlessly across devices.

After processing, you'll see both a Download button and a Share button.
The Share button triggers your device's native sharing sheet (available on most mobile and some desktop browsers).
If native sharing isn't supported in your browser, simply download the image and share it manually.
Pro users can also bulk-download multiple processed images as a single ZIP file.

What's the maximum file size I can upload?

Each image you upload can be up to 10MB in size — suitable for most high-quality photos and graphics.

Files under 5MB process almost instantly in the browser.
Larger files (5–10MB) may take a few seconds depending on your device's speed.
Files over 10MB are not currently supported — try compressing them first using our Compress tool.
Tip: use the Compress tool to quickly bring large files under the limit before converting or resizing.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription or get a refund?

Cancellations and refunds are hassle-free — we keep it simple.

To cancel: go to Account Settings and cancel your subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
For a refund: email support@imagecraft.cloud within 21 days of your subscription start, including your account email address.
Refunds are processed promptly — typically within 1–3 business days.

How do I install Image Craft Hub as an app?

My image won't upload or process — what should I do?

Most upload issues are quick to resolve. Try these steps in order:

Confirm your file is under 10MB and is a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, or BMP).
Refresh the page and try uploading again.
Try a different browser — Chrome or Edge are recommended for the best compatibility.
Temporarily disable browser extensions (ad blockers, script blockers) and try again.
Still stuck? Email support@imagecraft.cloud with the error message and the image format you were using.

How do I manage my subscription or update my billing details?

All subscription and billing management is handled securely through your Account page.

Log in and visit the Account page to view your current plan and billing history.
Click 'Manage Billing' to open the secure Stripe customer portal.
From the portal: update your payment card, download past invoices, or cancel your subscription.
