Frequently Asked Questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. Frames are encoded to GIF or WebP entirely in your browser. Only a trial-use counter is updated on our servers after a successful export — never your image bytes.

Is this free?

It is a Pro feature. Signed-in free users get 2 short trial exports (up to 8 frames, smaller size). Pro unlocks longer animations (up to 60 frames) and higher resolution.

GIF or WebP — which should I use?

GIF works everywhere (email, Slack, older browsers). Animated WebP is usually smaller with better quality — prefer it for modern web and social posts that support WebP.

Why do my frames get resized?

All frames are fitted to a shared size so the animation plays cleanly. Free trials cap the long edge at 480px; Pro goes up to 1280px.
